Board — moved

Outstanding work now lives in Docs/KanbanBoard/cards.json, rendered by the board in Docs/KanbanBoard/ (serve the folder and open it, or use Board options → Import JSON…).

Docs/KanbanBoard/README.md is the maintenance contract: statuses, editing rules, and validation.

This file is a pointer so existing links keep working. It is not a second list — the queue was tracked in six places once, and items leaked between them until they were consolidated. Do not restore a card list here.

The rules that survived the move, because they are what makes the queue trustworthy:

• **The board holds the what; the docs hold the why.** A card is a title, a short summary and a

reference. If you find yourself explaining a card, the explanation belongs in the document it points at.

• There is no Done column. A card is removed once the work is implemented and verified; git and

Docs/CurrentFocus.md hold what shipped.

• verify is a real state. Built with green tests is not proven — this project's worst bugs were code

that compiled, passed headless, and had never been run.
